About the role

As a Product Manager at ScoreApp, you’ll drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap for our core platform. You’ll work closely with the head of product, engineering, design, QA, data, and marketing teams to define and deliver new features and enhancements that delight customers, increase engagement, retention, and drive revenue growth. You’ll translate customer and market needs into clear product requirements, prioritise work, and ensure timely, high-quality releases, ultimately helping ScoreApp to continue to deliver a highly valuable service to its customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help to define the product roadmap alongside the head of product, working with engineering, design, marketing, data etc to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Conduct market, user and competitor research to identify opportunities, shape feature ideas, and validate assumptions.
  • Write clear product requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria), ensure they’re well understood by engineering and design teams.
  • Prioritise features, enhancements and technical debt in a backlog, balancing short-term wins and long-term strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor product performance (user adoption, engagement, retention, revenue, conversion) and feed insights back into product decisions.
  • Work with our Data Analyst/Analytics team to ensure we have the metrics, dashboards and data flow to support product decisions.
  • Gather feedback from users, sales, customer success and support teams to refine features and identify issues or enhancements.
  • Drive launch planning (internal and external) in collaboration with marketing, customer success and other stakeholders.
  • Champion a user-centric mindset, ensuring features deliver real value, usability and delight.
  • Continuously refine our product processes, gathering lessons from each release and improving our rate of innovation.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS environment (ideally B2B lead-generation, marketing-tech or similar).
  • Strong track record of owning and successfully delivering product features from discovery through to launch and iteration.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking, able to interpret market and user data and turn it into actionable product plans.
  • Solid understanding of metrics for SaaS products (e.g., activation, conversion, retention, churn, ARPU).
  • Experience writing high-quality product requirements/user stories and facilitating cross-functional teams.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, able to work with engineering, design, QA, data and business stakeholders.
  • Comfortable in an agile development environment and familiar with backlog management, sprint planning, etc.
  • Bias towards action, strong ownership mentality and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented startup environment.
  • Excellent attention to user experience, usability and delivering solutions that delight customers.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience in marketing-tech, interactive content (quizzes, assessments, scorecards), CMS, or lead-generation platforms.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Amplitude, GA4, etc) and using data to drive product decisions.
  • Technical understanding of modern web development (APIs, integrations, performance).
  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing or working with customer success/feedback loops.
