About the role
As ScoreApp’s Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our growth engine. This role is about combining strategy, creativity, and analytics to drive acquisition and conversion across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and beyond. You’ll oversee paid campaigns, optimize funnels and landing pages, and create a culture of continuous testing and iteration. Working closely with our marketing, design, and partnerships teams, you’ll help scale ScoreApp’s reach and turn data into action that delivers measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own paid performance across channels: Meta, Google Ads (PPC/Display/YouTube), LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Design and optimize conversion funnels, landing pages, and scorecards for acquisition and retention.
- Optimize our website, analyze the customer journey and identify areas of improvement.
- Lead CRO initiatives: design A/B tests, analyze results, and roll out winning strategies.
- Deliver actionable reporting dashboards, insights, and forecasts for leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Budget management for all acquisition and revenue goals while maintaining healthy CAC and ROAS.
- Build and launch full-funnel campaigns that convert across multiple buyer personas and markets.
- Implement a testing culture (ads, landing pages, emails, funnels) to continuously improve conversion rates.
- Partner with design, content, and partnerships teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with product positioning and brand.
- Maintain accurate reporting and dashboards for visibility into marketing performance, budget pacing, and funnel health.
- Translate performance data into insights that influence product, sales, and customer success strategies.
Key Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in planning and executing paid channel campaigns.
- Extensive hands-on experience of Google Adwords, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Business Manager and other platform specific admins.
- In-depth knowledge of tracking and understanding key performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, Impressions, Clicks, CRO, ROI, ROAS
- Knowledge of funnel strategy, conversion optimization, or behavioral psychology.
- High-level understanding of different social channels and how they can be leveraged including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Youtube, Reddit.
- Extensive experience in writing engaging copy tailored to specific audiences.
- Confident in using AI tools such as ChatGPT to accelerate output.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience working with service-based businesses or in an agency environment.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Strong attention to detail and a quality assurance mindset.
- Data-driven, with the ability to track, analyze, and act on performance metrics.
Bonus Skills
- Direct experience with ScoreApp or similar quiz/assessment platforms.
- Experience using CMS tools such as WordPress
- Experience using data analytics tools such as GA4, Amplitude, Semrush, etc
