What is the Affiliate promotion?
From now until 11:59pm UTC, 30th September 2026, ScoreApp affiliates can earn 40% lifetime commission on every qualifying paid ScoreApp subscription they refer, increased from our standard 30%. As a bonus each qualified referral, you will receive $50*.

What does 40% lifetime commission mean?
For every qualifying customer you refer during September, you'll earn 40% commission for as long as that customer remains a paying ScoreApp subscriber.

When does the promotion run?
The promotion runs until 11:59pm UTC, 30th September 2026.

Who can take part?
All ScoreApp affiliates. You don't need to opt in, simply use your existing affiliate link and start promoting. Affiliates on a custom or bespoke partner agreement keep the terms of that agreement, contact [email protected] if you're unsure which applies to you.

I'm not currently a ScoreApp affiliate. Can I join and take advantage of the promotion?
Yes. New affiliates can join now and earn 40% lifetime commission before end of September on qualifying paid subscriptions they refer during the promotional period.

What counts as a qualifying paid subscription?
A customer must start a paid monthly or annual ScoreApp subscription before end of September and be correctly attributed to your affiliate account.

Does a Free ScoreApp account qualify?
No. Creating a Free account alone doesn't generate commission. The customer needs to start a paid ScoreApp subscription during September to qualify.

What if someone I've previously referred has a Free account and upgrades during September?
Provided the customer is still correctly attributed to your affiliate account, upgrading to a paid subscription before end of September will qualify for the 40% lifetime commission and the $50 bonus*.

What if someone signs up for a Free account in September but doesn't upgrade until October?
They won't qualify for the 40% lifetime commission rate. Their paid subscription must begin before end of September.

Do monthly and annual subscriptions both qualify?
Yes. Both monthly and annual paid ScoreApp subscriptions qualify.

What if the customer uses a ScoreApp discount or promotional offer?
The subscription will still qualify. Your 40% commission will be calculated on the actual subscription amount paid by the customer.

How does commission work on an annual subscription?
For an annual subscription, your 40% commission is calculated on the annual subscription payment and paid to you upfront, in line with our usual affiliate commission process. If the customer subsequently receives a refund, the corresponding affiliate commission and bonus will be deducted from future commission owed to you.

What happens if the customer cancels?
You'll earn 40% commission for as long as the customer remains a paying ScoreApp subscriber. If their paid subscription ends, commission payments for that customer will also end.

Will my commission drop back to 30% after September?
Yes but any paying customer you refer before end of September will remain at 40% commission for the lifetime of their paid subscription. After that point, new referrals will return to ScoreApp's standard affiliate commission rate.

How does ScoreApp know I referred the customer?
Continue using your unique ScoreApp affiliate link as normal. Our affiliate tracking system will attribute qualifying customers to your affiliate account.

Do I need a special affiliate link for September?
No. Your main existing ScoreApp affiliate link will continue to work as normal.

How can I track my referrals and commission?
You can track your referrals and commission through your ScoreApp Affiliate Portal.

Can an existing paying customer cancel and sign up again to qualify?
No. The promotion is designed to reward genuine new paid subscriptions and eligible Free-to-paid upgrades. Cancelling and recreating an existing paid subscription will not qualify.

Can I refer myself?
No. Self-referrals or accounts created primarily for the purpose of generating affiliate commission aren't eligible.

What happens if ScoreApp identifies suspicious or fraudulent referrals?
ScoreApp reserves the right to review and withhold commission on fraudulent, duplicate, manipulated or otherwise ineligible referrals. This helps us keep the promotion fair for everyone.

When and how is the $50 bonus paid?
The $50 bonus is credited when the customer makes their first qualifying payment. It appears in your Affiliate Portal alongside your 40% commission, once per customer, and is paid out through our normal payout process.

*Bonus paid in GBP alongside your commission. $50 converted at the current exchange rate fixed per day.

ScoreApp reserves the right to cancel any bonus payments should we suspect fraud or abuse.
