Cons:

Cons:

  • Limited landing page customisation – Hubspot has many features as part of their CRM. Landing pages are only one small part of their tool. This means that the landing pages available aren’t as customisable as others in this list.
  • Might be more than you need – If you’re definitely going to utilise its CRM and marketing features, then it’s a fantastic all-in-one solution. But if you just need a landing page or automated funnel? You might not use all of the features.

This is an all-in-one platform for marketing automation and especially email marketing. Despite being fairly simple and budget-friendly, Moosend might surprise you with a handful of useful features to take personalisation to the next level.

This is a widely used email marketing platform. So, by combining it with its landing page builder, you can put together a very simple funnel.

So, it definitely offers several juicy features. Given its price tag, however, it might not be a feasible solution for most small businesses and individuals. It can work well for large businesses and websites that get high volumes of traffic, though.

Cons:

  • Learning curveSeveral users struggled to master this tool, especially for anything beyond basic landing pages
  • Limited customisation – If you need more than its templates and current customisation options, you’ll have to code
  • Can be expensive – ClickFunnels can be a solution for large e-commerce businesses and teams that would actually utilise all its features. But with its plans starting at £115.83 per month, it’s just not a logical option for small businesses and individuals 

8. Wix – drag and drop website builder

This is a popular website builder, especially for anyone who wants to set up a simple one without coding. You can use Wix to create standalone landing pages too, though.

It has a satisfactory range of templates and even features that you might not find in more basic tools. Realistically, though, it’s not as in-depth as those that were specifically created with landing pages or funnels in mind.

So, I’d mainly recommend Wix as a landing page builder for beginners, small businesses and individuals for whom budget is the biggest concern.

  • Integrations – Your landing page will work well with the rest of your Wix tools or website. You can also connect it to several external platforms and apps
  • Budget-friendly – Landing pages are included in the free plan

Cons:

  • Limited customisation – Wix landing pages are not as customisable as other platforms. So, you might not get to match your branding to a T
  • Limited features – At the end of the day, Wix is a website builder first and foremost. So, you can’t expect the same features you’d find in tools that are all about landing pages. This might make it harder to scale your simple funnel as your business grows

Given its range of collaborative or client-focused features, I’d only recommend Duda to agencies.

  • Budget-friendly – Even the cheapest plans offer quite a lot of features

Cons:

This is a popular landing page builder that you can also use to create a simple website or funnel.

Leadpages is a relevant alternative for businesses that don’t want to invest in a standalone website. It has interesting e-commerce features, too. 

This could however make things difficult if you eventually change your mind and wish to migrate your data to a new website. But if you just want a quick landing page, it can work really well.

  • Easy – You can use its drag-and-drop editor or choose among +200 templates to get started
  • AI – This will speed up your landing page creation even further
  • Advanced features – Utilise options like alert bars, pop-ups or A/B testing to get more conversions
  • E-commerce – The highest plan can be a good website alternative for simple product-based businesses
  • Integrations – Swipe Pages keeps adding third-party apps to its list

Cons:

  • Limited customisation Some users found it too restrictive because you can’t match your brand completely (for example, you can’t upload your own fonts). So, if that’s a priority for you, it’s probably not the best landing page builder for your business
  • Learning curve – Going beyond a simple landing page might not be as intuitive as you were hoping for
  • Glitchy Some users found its analytics to be unreliable
  • Can be expensive – Swipe Pages starts at just under £30 per month (which is already more than many landing page builders on this list). Some of the options you might take for granted, however, are only available with the more expensive plans. For example, if you need an additional domain or e-commerce options, you’ll need to budget for a minimum of £58.32/month

15. Landingi

This is a fairly straightforward landing page builder with a good range of templates, customisation levels and advanced features.

Landingi is mostly relevant for digital marketers who rely on lots of data but don’t necessarily want to code. 

Ironically, however, its built-in tracking features aren’t the strongest. You can get around it by connecting it to your Google Analytics, though.

Pros:

  • Easy – You can use the drag-and-drop editor or choose among +400 templates
  • Advanced features – Landingi offers several options that are great for marketers or to boost conversions (like A/B testing, dynamic content, forms and pop-ups)
  • Integrations – They used to be fairly limited in the past but the list has certainly grown 
  • Data – As long as you connect your landing pages to Google, you can use its analytics to monitor user behaviours and results

Cons:

  • Can be expensive – The free and basic plans are fairly limited. So, for example, if you need more than one domain or 5000 visits per month, you’re looking at £80. Realistically, that’s quite a lot for a landing page builder
  • Unreliable leads – There have been issues with bots and fake contacts

16. GetResponse – Email marketing tool

This is an all-in-one marketing platform with email options, automation and – of course – a landing page builder.

GetResponse can be a good option for businesses that want to keep everything on one platform, and its higher plans are handy for e-commerce, too.

However, it can feel limiting (especially when it comes to design), and if you need to go beyond the basic plan, quite pricey, too.

Cons:

  • Not the most intuitive – If this is your first landing page, you might need some time to familiarise yourself with this platform (even more so if you also want to master its other features)

  • Can be expensive – Sure, the basic plan is pretty cheap. But if you want to add automation (which is 100% needed for sales funnels)? You’re looking at +£36 per month. E-commerce options? £73 

17. Mailchimp – Ecommerce landing page builder

This is still one of the most common email marketing platforms but you can use it as a landing page builder, too. 

Of course, because it’s not its main focus, you just can’t expect the same advanced features you’d find elsewhere. 

But if all you need is a simple landing page to grow your newsletter, Mailchimp can be good enough (especially if you’re already using it to email your audience).

Cons:

  • Limitations – At the end of the day, this is an email marketing platform. So, you won’t find the most advanced landing page features (for example, your page won’t be searchable on Google)

As well as landing pages, this is an all-in-one marketing platform that includes automation and lead tracking.

If you’re only after a simple landing page builder, Wishpond might feel overwhelming. You could also end up overpaying for features you won’t make the most of. 

So, given its pricing model and functionalities, I’d mainly recommend it to small and medium businesses looking to generate and pre-qualify leads before sales calls.

  • Customisable – You have hundreds of templates to choose from and personalise
  • Integrations – It’s not the most impressive list, but you can easily connect your landing page with a few external tools (on top of the rest of the platform, of course)
  • Advanced features – You can improve your conversions thanks to functionalities like A/B testing, dynamic content and pop-ups. Wishpond comes with SEO options, too
  • Analytics – It has fairly good tracking features

Cons:

  • Not the most intuitive – Compared to other landing page builders, Wishpond comes with a steeper learning curve. This is especially the case if you want to make the most of the rest of the platform, too
  • Can be expensive – Wishpond isn’t particularly transparent when it comes to its pricing model. At this stage, they try to get you to book a call to find out more about its plans. Looking elsewhere, though, it appears that you need at least £78.88 per month for features like A/B testing. Not a problem for a large company, but it can easily be too much for a small business or individual 

19. LanderLab 

It might not be the most famous landing page builder, and it’s still fairly new compared to the majority on this list. However, I thought LanderLab deserved a quick mention, too.

It’s an intuitive builder with a few interesting features and additional options for affiliates. 

Unfortunately, it’s also not the cheapest, and its list of integrations can be underwhelming (but it might grow over time).

Pros:

  • Easy – You have hundreds of templates to choose from, a drag-and-drop builder and the option of uploading your own .zip. You can also clone existing landing pages from the internet and start from there (although it doesn’t sound like the most ethical approach) 
  • Advanced features – LanderLab comes with several elements to help with your conversions, like sticky bars, countdowns, forms, pop-ups and A/B testing 

Cons:

  • Limited integrations – You can mainly connect it with tracking platforms and only a handful of other third-party tools
  • Can be expensive – It starts from £43.79 per month. Considering it’s not a full funnel builder (so, you’ll still need to pay for additional tools), it feels a bit pricey. And if you need more features, like A/B testing and click tracking? You’ll need to budget for £54.78 per month
